Mr. Zakarya Hiba holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Power Engineering with over 17 years of experience of management & leadership in Inspection, Asset Integrity, Career Development & Training, Consultation & Maintenance Optimization Strategies in the field of Oil & Gas.
He has served on key positions in renowned organizations and have several accomplishments to his name, such as:
- Led the asset integrity organization in Egypt which consisted 120 Engineers serving 14 plants including more than 55,000 equipment (Pressure Vessels, Boilers, Piping Loops, Pumps, etc.)
- Managed Asset Integrity Programs (RBI/FFS/Inspection) with notable clients such as: E-styrnics, Petrobel, APRC, GASCO & Elmansoura Petroleum Co.
- Primary advisor for Creation EMC-RBI and EMC-RMS (Egyptian Reliability Centered Maintenance Program)
He hold various authorized certifications such as API-570 (Piping Inspector), API-510 (Pressure Vessel Inspector), NDT Consultation-Offshore Platform, API-580/581 (Risk Based Inspection) & Fitness for Servcie (FFS) for Piping, Vessels and Tanks.
Moreover, Mr. Hiba is also a qualified part-time instructor with 8 years of experience in conducting the courses for multinational companies of Middle East such as HTME, TÜV, ITC, OGS & others. Training workshops include but not limited to API 570/ 510/ 653/ 580 (exam preparatory course), ASME B31.3 (Process Piping Design & Construction), Piping Vibration Analysis, Risk Based Inspection technology (API-580/581), Fitness for Service (API-579), Pressure Vessel Design & Construction A SME VIII, Certified Welding Inspector (exam preparatory course), Enterprise Asset Management System & Non-Destructive Examination.
