Engineering Services:
- For existing facility
- Review the facility safety, operations, performance monitoring, inspection & corrosion monitoring procedures.
- Optimize the facility performance to reduce the operating cost & improve the profitability.
- Perform troubleshooting via long or short term contract.
- Train facility staff to improve the performance including technical & non-technical training.
- Act as PCR (Plant Change Request) Committee for all modifications from feasibility study until commissioning.
- For new facility
- PMC (Project Management Consultant) for any phase of a project or all project phases from feasibility studies until commissioning & performing test runs.
- Train the new facility staff via long or short term contract.
