His expertise encompasses Refinery Plant Maintenance Inspection, Quality Management Specialist & Strategist in Corrosion Control (Coating, Cathodic Protection, Process Control with the knowledge of Damage Mechanism) & RBI & Welding/NDT as per industry codes, best practices & specifications. He is well-versed with the materials like Carbon Steels, Low & High Steels, Stainless Steels, Duplex Alloys, Titanium Alloys, Aluminum Alloys, Maraging Steels, Copper-Nickel Alloys, Nickel Alloys, etc.
During Mr. Nadi’s career he has demonstrated to resolve quality related issues & at the same time imparted his in-depth knowledge & practical experience to help the top management in meeting the objectives of the company.
Mr. Nadi has a B.Sc. degree in Metallurgy Engineering (1973) & has numerous professional certificates, including API (American Petroleum Institute) Certified in Pressure vessels Inspection API-510; Risk based Inspection API-580 & Welding & Metallurgy API 577, RBMI Inspector, RBMI Analyst & System Administrator, NACE Corrosion Engineer, NACE Coating Inspector, Welding Inspector – CSWIP 3.1, Senior Welding Inspector – CSWIP 3.2 & ASNT Qualification Level-II (RT, PT, UT & MT). He is expert in strategic team leadership for advising plant repairs, based on fitness for service studies & inspection planning by RBI. Specialist in investigating plant failures & providing inspection plans based on risk based inspections.
