Mr. Ragab has a B.Sc. degree in Petroleum Refining Engineering with almost 35 years of experience in refinery industry notably in Technical Services & Operations. His expertise covers a broad range of areas such as Machine Failure Analysis, Condition Monitoring, Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) for the following units: Crude Unit, Sour Water Stripper, Naphtha Hydrotreating Unit, Hydrogen Production Plants, Amine System, Gas Handling System & LPG Recovery Unit. He is also well verse with the offsite areas like Industrial Water Treatment for the refineries & Flare Systems.
Mr. Ragab has served in several high managerial roles such as General Technical Manager, Project Manager & Senior Process Engineer in renowned organization like EPROM, ANRPC (Egypt), NODCO (Qatar) & KNPC (Kuwait) to exhibit his prowess in the following domains: Plant Operations, Investment approval, Bid Evaluation, Refinery Optimization, Customer Representative during P&ID review & Hazop studies, Process Design & Engineering & Troubleshooting.
He prepared training manuals for operations along with conducting training courses to KNPC staff as part of the KNPC (MAB) expansion project staff training.
