Mr. Ismail holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with over 40 years of experience in Engineering Design, Design supervision, Planning & Maintenance of Oil/Gas Refineries, Petrochemical, and Power plant projects. In his last professional role he served as Project Director QPI assisting the company General Director to develop corporal planning & finance department. Additionally he also oversee scope of work for FEED, prepare procedures for Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Startup.
During his work experience at renowned organizations in different roles he demonstrated his prowess in the domains relating to reviewing & approval of engineering design, documentation & drawings relating to instrumentation & control systems for the new projects as well as modification of existing facilities. He lead the project team for Inspection Test Plans & for preparation of ITB Packages, drafting the pre-qualification, technical, commercial & price evaluation, negotiation with bidders. In addition his responsibilities included managing full Maintenance Services of all types of instruments & control systems.
