Mr. Farid holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering with over 40 years of experience in Natural Gas Processing, LPG Technology & Engineering Design of Oil & Gas Refineries. He is currently serving as Assistant Vice Chairman for Operations at Egyptian Natural Gas Holdings, where he is responsible for leading the Technical negotiations, leading the study to secure the feedstock of the petrochemical plant & Evacuation studies. Additionally he also oversee the technical management of the new projects for Compressed Natural Gas CNG exportation via special carriers through the Mediterranean to Greek & Cyprus.
During his work experience at renowned organizations in different roles he demonstrated his abilities in the domains relating to reviewing & approval of Technical Data relating to quantities & specifications, bidding & tenders of Natural gas for the new projects. Mr. Farid is a trainer for Oil & Gas Skills Training Company and has been successfully conducting the courses like LPG Technology, Hysys Process Simulation & Natural Gas Processing. In addition he has received several professional trainings throughout his professional journey.
